In a castle in occupied Europe, a beautiful but wicked female SS officer/doctor Ellen Kratsch (Magall) produces a genetic, incubus-like mutant human beast (Baccaro). As part of a new medical experiment, she utilizes the beast, a ravenous, squat sex fiend, to torture and molest female prisoners. The mega-aphrodisiacs are fed to the dwarfish beast. In addition to the beast, male and female captives are stripped naked and subjected to various forms of torture and interrogation, including electric shocks, systematic rape by the beast, finger-nail pulling, castration, and beatings, while the Nazis fight a local rebellion. The partisans storm the castle during the film's conclusion, and Kratsch is handed to the beast as a form of retaliation.
